At Willamette Valley Lavender, our products are handcrafted and botanical in nature. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact us within seven days of delivery and we will gladly work with you to find a solution.

Lavender plants are final sale and are pickup only at our farm in Canby, Oregon.
