From our light-filled greenhouse studio to the natural beauty of our lavender fields, we provide thoughtfully designed spaces where your creative vision can flourish.

 

Our Photography Services

Greenhouse Studio Rental  | Year-Round Indoor Elegance

• Ideal for: Private family portraits, product photography, and micro celebrations (up to 12 guests).

• Our greenhouse studio offers a sophisticated blank canvas flooded with natural light.

• We completely clear the space before your arrival, allowing you to create exactly the atmosphere you envision.

• This rental includes use of the Greenhouse Studio only and does not include access to the outdoor lavender or hay fields. It also does not include a photographer, photography services, digital images, decorations, props, or event staging. Photographers and event services must be arranged separately.

• Opening windows provide excellent airflow and beautiful countryside views, creating a bright and inspiring setting for your event or photography session.

• This enclosed studio provides year-round consistency while celebrating the beauty of our farm surroundings.

Investment & Reservations for Greenhouse:

• Pricing & Reservations

• $100 minimum rental fee (includes up to 2 hours of use)

• $50 per additional hour

• A 50% non-refundable reservation fee is required to reserve your date

• The remaining rental balance and security deposit are due two weeks prior to your session

• All rental fees and reservation fees are non-refundable

• $100 refundable security deposit, returned within one week following your session, provided no damage, unauthorized access, or trespassing occurs

 

Lavender & Hay Field Sessions | Authentic Countryside Beauty

• Perfect for: Family portraits, engagement sessions, lifestyle photography, senior portraits, and mini sessions.

• Experience the magic of our working farm with 270-degree sunset views and the natural beauty of Oregon's countryside.

• Our lavender fields and seasonal hay fields provide a private, authentic setting that captures the spirit of Pacific Northwest agriculture.

• This fee is for use of the lavender and hay fields for photography purposes only. It does not include use of the Greenhouse Studio, a photographer, photography services, digital images, or photo editing. Photographers must be hired separately.

• To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we limit bookings to a maximum of two photographers at a time, allowing ample space for each photographer and their clients to work comfortably throughout the property.

Investment for Fields:

• $50 per hour, per photographer

• All partial hours are rounded up to the next full hour

• A $50 non-refundable reservation fee is required to reserve your date and will be applied toward your first hour of field rental

• The remaining balance is due one week prior to your session

• All rental fees and reservation fees are non-refundable

• No additional fees for mini sessions or multiple families, it just an hourly fee base

The Willamette Valley Lavender Experience

​

• Intimate Farm Experience - As a newer farm, you'll often enjoy private field access without the crowds. We are not open to the public except during special farm events  

• Authentic Working Atmosphere - Genuine countryside setting where you might catch a glimpse of artists at work during the Lavender Plein Air Art Festival  or seasonal farm activities in distant areas, but  away from your photography work

• Developing Lavender Gardens - Our 2-5 year old lavender plants continue maturing to their full height, creating an intimate farm experience that's both beautiful and authentically agricultural

• Collaborative Scheduling - We work closely with you to ensure optimal timing when fields are at their most beautiful

• Professional Accommodation - Thoughtfully designed spaces with room for up to two photographers to work independently and comfortably

• Convenient Access - Located just minutes from Canby's Fred Meyer for easy arrival and supply runs

 

 

Guidelines & Expectations​

 

Our Inclusive Environment:

• We welcome all families and all individuals in our family-friendly setting.

• Professional and hobby photography sessions, as well as events held on the property, should reflect wholesome celebrations of life's meaningful moments.

• Boudoir and nude photography are not permitted. Props involving weapons, illegal substances, or other offensive or unlawful content are also prohibited.

 

Farm Considerations:

• No pets allowed (ADA service animals welcome). We LOVE animals, but since we grow culinary lavender for cooking and are surrounded by other working farms, pets must stay home to maintain safety standards.

• Drones are not permitted

• You may occasionally see artists painting or farm work in distant areas, though we always respect your dedicated photography space.

Planning Your Visit:

Free consultation visits are encouraged! Schedule a pre-session visit to explore our fields and plan your shoot. Mobile phone photos for planning are welcome during courtesy visits, though professional cameras should wait for your booked session.

 

Scheduling Notes:

• Prompt arrival from photographers and their clients ensures full session time; late arrivals may require rescheduling

• Payment required upon booking. Payments are not refundable. Emergency cancellations may be rescheduled within one week if availability permits

• Large photography session, filming productions, workshops, and similar commercial activities require custom arrangements and specialized pricing. Please contact us in advance to discuss your specific needs and secure availability before finalizing your booking.
