Willamette Valley Lavender currently ships orders within the United States only via United States Postal Service (USPS).

Retail Orders

• A flat-rate shipping fee of $15 applies to retail orders with a subtotal under $100.

• Complimentary shipping is provided for retail orders with a subtotal of $100 or more.

• Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days following payment confirmation.

• Estimated transit time is 3–7 business days, depending on destination and seasonal carrier volume.

Wholesale Orders

​

• Shipping charges for wholesale purchases are calculated individually based on order size, weight, and delivery location.

• All freight and shipping expenses for wholesale transactions are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Promotional shipping offers and free-shipping thresholds do not apply to wholesale accounts.

Shipping Method

Shipments are dispatched using the most economical USPS service appropriate for the package dimensions and destination, unless an alternative method is requested and approved.

Local Pickup

​

Certain products, including live plants and fresh bundles, are available for local pickup only at our farm in Canby, Oregon. Pickup availability will be indicated at the time of purchase.
